how we can help

Barco Resource Management’s expert groundwater consultants streamline the groundwater and water well permit, allocation, and compliance process for groundwater, water wells, and supply systems in North Texas Groundwater Conservation Districts.

About us:

Barco Resource Management, LLC is a groundwater consulting company designed to help water well owners manage their resources and comply with their Groundwater Conservation Districts’ rules for use of the groundwater. The Groundwater Conservation Districts in North Texas have been created to regulate the use of groundwater in order to protect the resource for future use. We developed our own proprietary software, Every Drop Counts, to help our clients with water conservation, annual allotment, and drought planning. Our interactive program helps all of us conserve water resources for future generations and leaves more time for Texas Groundwater Conservation Districts to work towards desired aquifer conditions for the future. In response to the increased demand for water due to Texas’ accelerated population growth and development Groundwater Conservation Districts will be actively involved in compliance and penalty enforcement matters for users that cannot operate within their permitted allocation.

Barco Resource Management, powered by Every Drop Counts, streamlines the process of groundwater permitting, allocation and compliance, by giving control, accuracy and insight to our clients.
